Scope and current status
This Privacy Policy describes the current public website operated under the FCLX Studios name. It explains what the website presently does and does not collect through its application code.
The website provides public information about FCLX Studios and an operational project-inquiry form. Customer accounts, payments, product delivery, application analytics, and marketing tracking have not been enabled.
This policy does not create promises about future services or replace additional notices that may become necessary for a particular product, transaction, service, or jurisdiction.

Information you choose to provide
Visitors may choose to submit a name, email address, optional company, and project or message.
FCLX Studios uses this information to respond to and manage the inquiry. Submission does not automatically enroll a visitor in a newsletter or other marketing communications.

Contact form
The Contact page collects a person's name, email address, optional company, and project or message.
The repository implements a Cloudflare Pages Function for server validation, Cloudflare Turnstile anti-abuse verification, and a private email-delivery service boundary.
FCLX Studios uses Resend as the transactional email service for delivery of Contact inquiries.
Information sent for transactional delivery may include the visitor's name and email address, optional company, inquiry or message, delivery headers, and operational delivery metadata. Resend is used in this path only to transmit the inquiry, deliver the notification, support a response, and troubleshoot delivery or security issues when necessary.
A Contact submission is not automatically added to a marketing list, subscribed to a newsletter, created as a CRM contact, or used for marketing enrollment. Open and click tracking are not enabled for this transactional Contact notification path.

Hosting and technical request data
The website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Requests must pass through hosting and network infrastructure so pages and assets can be delivered, protected, and operated.
Cloudflare may process technical request information and service logs under its own terms, privacy materials, and role as a service provider. FCLX Studios does not state a Cloudflare retention period because no project-specific retention period has been verified.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking
As of the date shown above, FCLX Studios has not configured Cloudflare Web Analytics and has not installed Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, PostHog, Plausible, or a comparable application-level analytics or session recording tool.
The website does not currently use advertising pixels, cross-service behavioral profiles, or marketing-tracking scripts. This section will be revised before any such tool is introduced.

Third-party services and external links
Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, and anti-abuse infrastructure. Resend is used as the transactional email service for delivery of Contact inquiries. No payment processor, scheduling service, or embedded third-party media service is configured in the website application.
External websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. FCLX Studios is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of an external service merely because the website links to it.

Retention, access, and deletion
Inquiry emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate, respond to, manage, document, or follow up on an inquiry.
They may be deleted when no longer needed, subject to legitimate operational or legal requirements. No database or persistent application storage is used for Contact submissions.
The transactional email provider may retain operational delivery metadata or logs according to its service practices. Provider-level operational logs are governed by the relevant provider configuration and documentation.

Security
FCLX Studios applies controlled development, source review, validation, and deployment procedures to the website. No method of electronic delivery or storage can be represented as completely secure.
The Contact form uses server validation, Cloudflare Turnstile anti-abuse verification, a private delivery service boundary, and controlled error handling when transmitting personal information.

Policy changes and privacy contact
This policy may be revised when the website's functionality, providers, business operations, or data-handling practices change. The date at the top of the page will identify the current version.
Project inquiries may be sent to contact@fclxstudios.com. Questions or requests about privacy may be sent to privacy@fclxstudios.com.
Visitors should not submit confidential credentials, financial, health, identification, security, or other sensitive information.
