01
Scope and current status
These Terms of Use apply to the current public website operated under the FCLX Studios name. The website presently provides information about FCLX Studios, its capabilities, working approach, and intended project-inquiry process.
The website is an informational FCLX Studios site with a project- inquiry form and a noncommercial Product showroom. Customer accounts, payment processing, Product access or delivery, subscriptions, and other transactional services have not been implemented.
These Terms do not govern a future software product, paid service, subscription, license, statement of work, or other commercial agreement. Those activities will require separate approved terms.
02
Acceptable website use
Visitors may use this website to learn about FCLX Studios, review its public materials, evaluate whether its capabilities may be relevant, and navigate to the website's available pages.
Visitors should use the website lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not interfere with the website, its infrastructure, other visitors, or the rights of FCLX Studios or third parties.
03
Informational content
Website content is provided to explain the present positioning, capabilities, methods, and intended direction of FCLX Studios. It is general information and is not a proposal, quotation, technical specification, professional opinion, or commitment to deliver a particular system or result.
FCLX Studios may revise website descriptions as its services, technology, operating model, and public materials develop. Visitors should not rely on website copy as the complete scope of a future project.
04
Project inquiries
The Contact form accepts a name, email address, optional company, and project or message for responding to and managing a prospective project inquiry.
Sending an inquiry does not automatically create a client relationship, require FCLX Studios to accept a project, establish a project scope, or create a binding agreement.
Any future engagement must be documented separately through an approved proposal, agreement, statement of work, or other expressly accepted project document.
05
Website content and branding
Visitors may view and reference reasonable portions of this website for personal, internal, or evaluation purposes.
Visitors may not present the FCLX Studios name, logos, website copy, visual identity, layouts, or interface materials as their own; remove identifying attribution; or use website materials to imply a partnership, endorsement, authorization, or client relationship that does not exist.
Third-party names, technologies, and materials remain subject to the rights and terms associated with their respective owners and providers.
06
Prohibited conduct
Visitors must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, hosting environment, source systems, accounts, administrative tools, or connected infrastructure.
Visitors must not introduce harmful code, interfere with normal operation, bypass security controls, impersonate FCLX Studios, use the website for unlawful activity, or use automated methods in a way that degrades service or extracts substantial portions of the website.
07
Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites or services for reference, infrastructure information, documentation, or other external resources.
A link does not make the external website part of FCLX Studios or establish control over its content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. Visitors should review the external provider's applicable policies before using its services.
08
Availability and changes
FCLX Studios may update, reorganize, suspend, restrict, or remove website content or functionality as development, security, maintenance, hosting, or business requirements change.
The website is not represented as continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for operational dependence. Visitors should not treat the public website as a critical business system or permanent archive.
09
Reserved commercial and legal terms
FCLX Studios does not currently offer public checkout, paid digital products, subscriptions, customer accounts, product delivery, or software-license activation through this website.
Product terms, payment terms, refund rules, subscription conditions, software licenses, delivery conditions, warranties, indemnities, liability allocation, dispute procedures, and similar commercial provisions are not activated by these Terms.
Governing law, jurisdiction, venue, and dispute-resolution provisions have not been designated in this operational version. Those matters require approval of the operating legal structure, relevant jurisdiction, commercial model, and professional legal review before publication.
10
Updates and contact
These Terms may be revised when the website's functionality, services, providers, commercial activities, or operating structure changes. The date at the top of this page identifies the current published version.
Project inquiries may be sent to contact@fclxstudios.com. Privacy or legal questions may be sent to privacy@fclxstudios.com.
